Menopause is a natural stage of life that occurs for all women around the age of 50.
When menstruation has stopped for 12 consecutive months, menopause has begun. Menopause is often accompanied by a variety of physical and emotional changes that may affect daily life and overall well-being. The first symptoms and signs may appear years earlier – sometimes even 10–15 years before menopause – and this period is called perimenopause. Our Menopause Clinic has been created specifically to provide women with comprehensive support and evidence-based counseling during this stage of life.
Our services:
Personal medical consultation: assessment of symptoms, blood tests and additional investigations if needed.
Treatment options: evaluation of suitability for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), non-hormonal alternatives, and lifestyle recommendations.
Counseling and support: sleep disturbances, mood changes, weight fluctuations, sexual health, and general coping.
Lifestyle guidance: weight management, nutrition, physical activity, stress management, and mental well-being.
Our goal is to offer a safe and understanding environment where every woman can openly discuss her concerns and questions. We believe that menopause does not have to mean a decline in quality of life – on the contrary, it can be a new and more conscious beginning.
