Foot Care Clinic

In the Foot Care Clinic, an experienced, specially trained foot care nurse provides treatment and care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.

The foot care nurse performs the following procedures:

  • Assessment of the general condition of the feet and preparation of a treatment plan

  • Treatment of foot ulcers, including for diabetic patients and those with atrophic ulcers

  • Treatment of skin conditions: fungal infections, calluses, corns, and warts

  • Treatment and correction of ingrown toenails

  • Medical pedicure and nail care

  • Counseling on orthotics

  • Patient education and counseling, foot care guidance, and advice on footwear selection
