It is necessary in cases of elevated blood pressure readings to confirm or rule out hypertension, as well as to evaluate treatment results in patients with previously diagnosed hypertension.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">The examination lasts 24 hours.<\/p><p align=\"justify\">A blood pressure cuff is placed on the upper arm, and a small device that records the data is attached to the body. These are removed at the clinic the following day. Please do not remove the device yourself. After the device is fitted, the patient may go home and continue with daily activities.
